Introducing FranOps Pages: Local Content, On Brand, Everywhere
Franchisees can now publish local marketing pages — promos, hiring, meet-the-team — straight to your corporate website, rendered in your brand automatically. Local voice, corporate look, zero brand drift.
Every franchise location has content worth publishing: seasonal promotions, service details, hiring announcements, community involvement, "meet the team." But giving franchisees a way to publish that content has always meant choosing between two bad options — lock it all down at corporate and become the bottleneck, or hand out page builders and watch brand consistency erode one font choice at a time.

FranOps Pages removes that trade-off.
What it is
Pages lets franchisees author additional marketing pages for each of their locations in a simple, familiar editor — and publish them straight to your corporate website, where they render in your site's design, automatically. Local voice, corporate look. No review queues, no rogue styling, no copy-paste.
How it works
Franchisees write, in a purpose-built editor. Each location gets its own collection of pages. Authors work in a clean visual editor with headings, lists, quotes, links, images, call-to-action buttons, and embedded lead-capture forms — plus a built-in image library, drag-and-drop content blocks, and starter templates so a good page takes minutes, not hours.
Brand compliance is built in, not bolted on. The editor deliberately has no font pickers, color palettes, or layout hacks. Franchisees publish content and structure; your website supplies all of the styling. There is simply no way to publish something that clashes with your brand. On top of that, you can set publish-time rules — approved link and image domains, required image descriptions for accessibility, allowed content types — and pages that don't comply can't go live.
You stay in control. Role-based permissions determine who can author, who can publish, and who can only view. A two-tier image library lets corporate curate an approved brand asset collection alongside each franchisee's own uploads. Every page tracks who created and last changed it. Pages move through a clear draft → published → archived lifecycle, and unpublishing or archiving never loses work.
Your website consumes it cleanly. Published pages are delivered through a secure API in a stable, design-free format that your web team (or agency) renders inside your existing site — we include a reference renderer to make integration fast. Because the content carries no styling, a site redesign never breaks franchisee pages, and franchisee pages never break your site.
What this looks like in practice
- A franchisee in Austin publishes a summer A/C tune-up promo with a booking form — it's live on your corporate site the moment they hit Publish, styled exactly like every other page on your site.
- Your marketing team curates a library of approved photography that every location can use, while each franchisee adds their own team photos alongside it.
- Corporate sets a rule that all links must point to approved domains — and never has to check manually again, because non-compliant pages can't be published.
The bottom line
Pages gives your franchisees the autonomy to market locally and gives you the guarantee that everything they publish is on-brand, accessible, and under your governance — with your corporate website as the single, consistent destination.
Pages is available now for all FranOps organizations. If you'd like a walkthrough for your team — or help wiring your corporate site to the Pages API — reach out and we'll get you set up.
